My Question or Issue

Hello I am currently in a single premium plan which started on 10/25/24.  I would like to change to the duo plan.  When I go to change my plan on the android or windows computer (tried to different browsers) it tells me "error Unable to change plans. This could be because you're not eligible for this plan, you're already on it or you don't have a stored payment method."  I have a payment method stored and have confirmed I am not currently on the duo plan.   Any advice on how to move forward? Am I able to cancel this subscription and resign up for the duo plan?

Thanks in advance for any help provided.

Forgot to mention I am currently in a free trial period

Hi there @Kayzach05,

Thanks for reaching out. This switch should work during your trial period too, the billing date should simply be pulled forward to compensate for the price difference. Can you try changing to Duo via this link? That should lead you through the whole process as necessary.

Hope this helps.

hello no it says the same thing that i am not eligible. any other suggestions?

Hey @Kayzach05,

Thanks for the reply!

Just wanted to clarify that it's not possible to transition to another plan during the trial period for certain deals, which seems to be the case here. A workaround would be cancelling your trial once the Premium time runs out (you can check the date in the email confirmation you've received when you started it or here) and sign up for Premium Duo afterwards.

Hope this clears things up.
