My Question or Issue

Hi, I have received an email regarding payment issue for my spotify subscription. The email says -

We can't process your payment
We're having some trouble collecting your Premium subscription payment. Please take a moment to review your payment details and double-check that there is money in your associated account. We'll try to process the payment again in a few days.

 

The payment has been debited from my bank account. Please help.

There's sadly not much we can do here as we don't have any access to account-specific info. Contact Spotify Support for assistance.
