Subscription Query

I was a Spotify Premium user and upgraded to a family subscription.

I was paying €9.99 per month for premium and assumed that once i upgraded to family premium it would be a monthly bill of €14.99 per month?

However i have been charged both amounts each month (on separate payment cards) since i upgraded.

Can someone tell me if this is correct please?
