Taking payment method off someone else’s account

I was wondering if there was any way to take your card off of someone else’s account without having their details?

If your card is registered on someone else's account and you want to stop those payments, since we don't have access to users' accounts from the Community, we'd recommend reaching out to us in private, so our teams can look for the payment behind the scenes, find the account and help you further. Just follow the steps listed on this page.

One of my kids used our bank account to sign up for Spotify.  He will not tell me how to login.  How do I cancel it?

I have an old account that I’m not able to access anymore and have a card on there that’s still paying for the premium and I’m needing to get the card off but have no way of doing so, what should I do?
