Subscription cancelled but still being charged

Subscription cancelled but still being charged

I cancelled my premium account 3 months ago, but I still getting charged in my credit card, every month since 3 months ago. In the account panel it appears that I am a free user and I get ads when playing music. So its safe to say that my premium has been in fact cancelled

We'd recommend taking a look at this support article and following the steps according to your subscription status.

 

If your account is already on Free, you might have logged in to a secondary account. Can you go through these steps and check if you have another account?

 

When you find your Premium account, you can follow the steps here to cancel your subscription.
