My Question or Issue

Hi. I've paid for my subscription for 18 months (the screenshot is below), but yesterday I was thrown out from my account and my plan changed to 'Free'. What's the matter?

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

Can you once more try logging out and in again? I would've also suggested to make sure that you're using the right login details, but you've already done that.

 

If that still doesn't help, it's best to reach out to Support at https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/.

Sorry to hear that! Let's gather some more information in order to find a solution...
Are you sure you're logged into the same account you bought the Premium subscription? If so, could you check on your account page if it's everything right with the receipt of your subscription?
