My Question or Issue

I was logged out of my account.

When I logged back in my subscription has changed from premium to free, region was changed to US. All my downloaded and saved songs were gone.

On the website account review it says my subscription is "free" but under the subscription tab my plan is the monthly premium but i do get prompted to upgrade.

How do I retrieve my premium account?
