Subscription issue

Subscription issue

Logged onto Spotify yesterday and it said my payment failed. On a £9.99 a month subscription for the last month. I have run through all the support suggestions and still getting the same message: Payment failed try again later or use different payment method. I have more than enough money on my debit card so I don't know why this is happening.

Sorry to hear you’re having some trouble paying for Premium at the moment. I’d recommend checking out this article for payment troubleshooting steps.
