I have recently cancelled my account an checked bank statements and have been getting charged 3 times one month and 2 another would like a refund .

Hey, thanks for posting in the Spotify Community. 

 

The first thing to do is check your email for a Confirmation Email. Each user receives one after cancelling their Spotify subscription. 

 

As for your refund request, please get in touch with Spotify via the contact form. Their support team will be able to take a look at your issue and you'll hear from them shortly.

 

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
