Locked Premium Features

Hi, I'm using Spotify Premium on my iPhone 5s.  I usually buy credit for one month, then let it vanish and rebuy after a few days.  The last time I did this, I noticed that Spotify won't let me listen to an album (song by song), won't let me skip back (just forward), only let me skip for a limited amount of times, etc. so in some regards it behaves just like I would use the free version.  On the other hand, I can download albums, a typical premium feature, and when I look under Settings -> Acconut -> Subscription, it also says Premium there.  What's going on?

Can you please perform a reinstall of the Spotify app?
