My Question or Issue

I subscribed for a month through my debit card on may 12, 2020.. accidentally i paid twice... So i thought my extra payment will be carried out to another 1 month... Supposed to be my premium is only until june 12 but i overpayed so i was thinking it will extend to july but that's not what happen.. after june 12 my account went back to free so i need to refund my extra payment... How to refund? Pls advice...  Thanks

Did you get an email receipt (or more) from Spotify for your subscription purchases?

 

In it, it shows the Spotify username you paid for:

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

 

Logout of the app, and be sure to use it, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.

 

If you didn't get any email receipt, sometimes the amount gets 'on hold' even if the charge doesn't go through. Normally the amount gets back to your bank account a day or two later.
