Subscription plan not cancelled

Subscription plan not cancelled

I cancelled my plan 1 month ago and still the plan is going on. My plan ends in 2 days. I was thinking the plan will be cancelled in 2 3 days. I still had hope it will go. But it's almost near the ending period

Hello @Tennysunny!

 

Can you let me know if you were charged after cancelling your plan? In order to see if your Premium subscription was cancelled correctly, I recommend you log into your Spotify account page here. You can then figure out the status of your subscription with the help of this Support article.

Welcome to the Spotify Community.

 

When you cancel your subscription, your account won't revert back to Spotify Free immediately. Instead, your Premium plan will expire on the next billing date. You can check the billing date on your account page. 🙂
