Premium not activated

I accidentally closed the Spotify app during payment of a one time payment plan. The amount has been deducted from my bank account but I haven't received any receipt in my email and my account is showing free plan.

We're sorry to hear this has happened to you!
If the issue still persists, we'd suggest logging out & back in twice in a row.
This will trigger a manual sync of your data and could be of help.

If nothing changes, let us know and we'll take it from there 🙂
