Subscription renewal with Paypal instead of a credit card rejected several time

I check: same country, same email, no way, back to a message saying "Une erreur s'est produite. Veuillez reessayer, ou obtenez de l'aide." (Sorry in French)

And my PAYPAL card has been already verified with the two small amounts recorded in my account in order to definitively validate the card.

The old one remains till end of february.

So I cancel my subscription and will try in March. Except if you already know what I did wrong

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

Have you tried to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).
