My Question or Issue

Hello! So it happaned that I accidentally upgraded my student subscription to family subcription. Could you please undo this change, return my payment method and refund me the money. I would be very grateful ❤️

We're not able to add payment methods to your account. However we suggest that you contact our customer support here so they can have a closer look backstage and help you with a possible refund if you're eligible for it.

To my big surprise, 12,99 euro was transferred form my account for premium. I dont have premium. But since I dont have premium, I let my bank book this money back to my account. Let these payments please stop. Thank you.
