Subscription using Globe

Hi,

I want to used my Globe prepaid sim to subscribed to a premium but it won't allow me. I also look for payment method but Globe is not included. I tried your website and the Globe website to subscribed but no luck.

If the payment method that you would like to use isn't being shown on the payment page, then it's likely not available at the moment.

I'm little bit confused about this. I tried to read website from Globe spotify and it was stated I can apply to premium by texting SP129 TO 8080. Then they will reply that I need to go to the settings of spotify, click subscription and choose Globe to pay it. I don't know why this is hard to activate my premium.
