System maintenance message, spotify payment problem

Hi,

I have received a message on my desktop player saying that Spotify have been unable to renew my subscription because of a payment problem. I have not updated my payment details or had a card expired (payed through paypal) so I'm not clear on why it is asking me to update my payment details.

When I try to access subscription on my account through multiple browsers it is stating

" Right now we're doing some system maintenance, so you are not able to manage your subscription or update your payment details. Please check back a little later or contact customer support."

This issue has been happening for a few days now, has anyone had a similar experience or can anyone resolve this problem?

I would try using icognito mode or using another browser as well as trying on a different device or computer.

Thanks for the reply, I have tried on multiple devices now and also in incognito mode however unsuccessfully. 

I am getting this message now as well 

We're making a few little improvements.

Please check back a little later or contact customer support to manage your subscription.

Any other ideas?

I can now get into my subscription details, however it is coming up with an error when I update my paypal details.

Any ideas what is going on?
