Hi,

I have a premium sub through my Vodafone account but have noticed that I have been charged £9.99 every month by spotify since activating.

How can I contact cuatomer support to discuss

I have been receiving spotify premium for free through my Vodafone subscription however for the past 3 months I have been charged by spotify £9.99 per month fee. This is not a direct debit it shows as a visa payment to spotify on my bank statement. Also the payment does not show in my reciepts in my spotify account.

Since april. I have contacted Vodafone who told me that my free premium should still be active. It is a 24 month sub.

Seems like you have two accounts at the same time. One that is paid by Vodafone and one that you started paying yourself. If you can recognize the account you're paying for, you can visit your Spotify account page to cancel your other subscription.

Hi

I do indeed have 2 accounts with spotify. One is premium through Vodafone. The other is free non premium which I have already checked and is as it should be. This has only started 3 months ago when I know 100% I have not started a new account or subscribed to anything different

Sorry for the delay. Can you please try to enter any email addresses you might have into our password reset form. If there's an account associated with it, you’ll receive an email.

 

Can you please also try checking your inbox (email) including spam and junk mail for any receipts from Spotify.

Hi, as i have already stated I am aware of my 2 accounts, I have access to both, one free and one premium. I do not have anymore active email accounts or spotify accounts. these payments only started 3months ago and i have not subscribed to anything.
