so I have been trying to get Spotify premium and when I try to change my subscription it shows me all the free plans but it says I have already used up my free subscription plan so what do I do how do I get the plan without the free plans

In case you've paid for Premium in the past or if your account was on Premium as member of a Family plan before, then it won't be possible to activate any trial offer, since they're intended for users who've never tested Premium.
