My Question or Issue

accordong to in app account info, I was subscribed for free. But why there is charge of $12.99, $7.99 every month in my credit card?? I just realized it when I consolidate my bank account. And I never agreed to subscribe premium. More  than this, since the subscription in my app is free, I can’t even change or cancel it!!! I need to cancel payment immediately. And I request refund for all the mistake charge!!

If the subscription page shows you're on Spotify Free, the account is not being charged.


Any charges are likely from another account that's active on Premium. I recommend you to check for other accounts

I tried your instruction. Still doesn’t work. First of all I confirmed that I have only one account with Spotify. Second, there is no option in my app to cancel or refund. Couldn’t find a link, or email that I can complain about this with the company. Tried all your suggestions. Thanks 😞
