Subscripton got canceled

My Question or Issue

My account got set back to Free without me canceling. I tried signing up for premium again, but it won't let me sign up no matter which payment I choose. 

So that got me thinking and I checked my payments made. Turns out you guys stop charging me the monthly fee in August 2017 lol. I figure thats the reason why I can't sign up for premium again. Is there any way to fix this?

In case the account went back to Free because the payments didn't go through, try cancelling first, before resubscribing here.

If that's not the case, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window to try again.

As a last resource, you can try using a different payment method to get Premium.
