Sudden change of plan while updating payment info

I was updating my payment information for my Premium Student plan. When finished, the amount charged was too high and the screen showed that my current plan was Premium Duo. I never changed my subscription plan. All I did was to tap in the app button to update the payment info, which redirected me to the website, updated said info and I got this issue. 

 

For now, I asked someone with my same plan to share this one until the next month (since the reimbursement policy doesn't talk about cases like this one) . But this only happened today (16-jan-2022), so I'd like to know if my plan can be changed to the actual one I'm using and reverse the extra money back to me.

thanks for posting !

 

I would recommend you contact support through this "About Us" official page for them to check the sudden change of subscription - subscriptions can't be changed unless they're chosen in the process so it's best to let them check this out for you.

I had the same issue, contacted support, and they were able to refund the Duo plan.
