Swapping Countries only allowed Premium Family...

Hey Guys,

 

I've just moved from Aussie to NZ and I am now trying to swap my payment details over to my NZ bank.

 

I've been going through the normal steps of swapping payment details and country (not the first time I have done this) but all it is allowing me to do is take Spotify Premium Family rather than just Spotify Premium.

 

Just wondering if anyone has had the same issue / knows how to get around it / if its a product change in NZ / just a bug in the system?

In this case, can you check the steps here for us? If nothing works, can you try again from a computer using an incognito window?

Hey,

 

Yeah those are the normal steps I have gone through to change my country previously but in Chrome, Chrome Incognito, Edge and Edge InPrivate and the only option remains Premiun for Family not Premium...

 

Any other ideas are welcomed!
