My Question or Issue

Hi,

 

I have subscribed to Spotify premium for 3 months. The promo will be done on Sep 29.

However, my friend invited me to join this family subscription via email, which is the same email as my Spotify account. I clicked the invite link, then it appears that my account has now a part of the family plan.

 

Do i still need to cancel my previous premium subscription or it automatically switch my account into the new family plan (looks like it's already done that way)?

 

I don't want to pay for both subscription at the same time. Please help me with that.

When you join a Spotify Premium for Family plan, you don't have to cancel your subscription unless you are paying via a third party (phone company...). You can find more info here.
