Switched from premium to duo

I had the individual plan and had already paid the month off for that plan but I switched to the duo plan as a gift or a loved one and It said I had to pay again for the duo plan in this same month so I was wondering if I get the money I paid for my individual plan back once I pay for the duo plan or if the money I already paid is either going to be credited or gone

Hmm, when changing from Premium to Premium Duo the billing date should be brought forward to adjust for the difference in price. It's possible that you had a few failed payments in previous months. Have you noticed being debited a few days after your billing date? If so, then most likely the initial payment attempt failed. When this happens, your subscription will not be canceled and instead another payment attempt will be carried out a few days after.


So in your case, you may get charged twice this month, but one of the charges will actually be for the previous month, as the payment for last month has not yet been carried out.
