My Question or Issue

 

Hi I've been wanting to change plans but the app doesn't let me and I can't do it in the browser on my pc. I am on the premium plan at the moment and want the duo plan. Every time I select a plan in the plan overview on the app it loads and then just said whoops something went wrong try again.

Thanks for making it so that you HAVE to use the app for it great idea. Anyways please help. Already reinstalled the app multiple times too. No change

Please share the exact error message(s) that appear when you try upgrading to Premium Duo here and here. 🙂
