Good afternoon, help! My card expired and the family plan I've had for years couldn't be charged. So they canceled my subscription. When I tried to pay, it turned out the amount was already too high. How can I get them to honor the amount I've had for a while? Thank you.

I hope you don’t mind me replying in English. When your subscription is canceled, you will be reverted to Spotify Free. You’re able to upgrade again through your account page. 

You mentioned a charge being higher than normal. If you think you’ve been charged too much, check out this page for more information.
