My Question or Issue

I tried to change my account from Premium Individual to Family and change my country of residence at the same time. I followed the instructions here, and it lets me change and add Canada details, but when I look back there after the country is still US. Does it take time to update?

Thanks for posting in the Community! 

 

It's great that you've followed the steps from the article. If you've already changed the country and updated your payment details, then the country change on your account should take effect on the next billing date. Once the first payment goes through on the new payment method, the country on your account will be updated and everything should work from then on.

 

You can check your billing date, as well as more info about your plan via the Account Page here > Your plan at the top or Manage your subscription
