My Question or Issue

 Terrible Spotify service and communication.

I have been trying to get someone's attention for days..I just want my subscription cancelled and yes I've followed all the processes and no it doesnt work. No one from Spotify actually answers, this is one of the worst communicators ever. 

Spotify knows they have the monopoly and never mind the customer. Just take your money and leave you hanging. Very unhappy and will tell all about it.
