My Question or Issue
I'm trying to update my card (expired) in an existing family subscription.
I logged in from the main subscription
I followed these instructions but there is no option available:

There is only Change Plan and Cancel Subscription

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome.
If you don't have the option to change the payment details, most likely you were using a member's account, instead of the owner's one. Taking into account that the members of the plan don't have any payment details registered, the system just gives the option to leave the plan (Cancel subscription) or Change plan.
So in this case, we'd recommend checking with your family members to see who has the ownership of the plan so they can change the payment details.
Note: it's not possible to change the plan manager of an existing plan.

Thanks for reaching out.
On your account page, do you see the Manage members option? If not, it's possible that one of the members is logged in on the device you're trying to change the payment details from. Try logging out and back in using your own credentials and see if you get the Update button next to your current payment method on the Manage your subscription page.

hey. thanks for replying. yes I do have the manage members option and have the power to add and remove members? before this I only using mobile billing payment method and I want to change the payment method to debit card because Im afraid by the time I need to renew my subscription my position at middle sea got no internet.

If you're not seeing the option to update the payment method, it's best to cancel your subscription and wait for the account to revert to free. You can then start a new one with the new payment details and re-invite your family members. No need to worry about the 12-month-limit for switching between Family plans mentioned in the article as this will count as the same plan (provided it is started in the same account).
