Hello everyone, I have something annoying. There's an account that subscribe the premium using my CC and I don't know who it is. I have tried to call the CC operator but they're unable to cancel the subscription because they just provide the payment.

ThenI come here. I hope I'll be able to find the answer how to stop it.

How can I stop the subscription that not mine? The Spotify ID POB5D67420 (sorry, it's O or 0 I don't know)

To confirm, someone is using your Credit Card to pay for their Premium subscription or your Premium subscription?
