My Question or Issue

I have an account in France with Family Prenium and we moved recently to Singapore. I wanted to transfer my account to Singapore but when i change the payement methods to Singapore. I get an error saying it's not possible to subscirbe to Family account only Alone account

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

To update your account’s country setting, you’ll need to update your payment method to one from your new country, since you’re on Premium. You can do this by following the steps here: https://support.spotify.com/article/update-payment-details/

 

If that doesn’t resolve things, you can cancel your current subscription. On your next billing date, all accounts on your Premium Family plan will automatically switch to Free. After that, everyone will be able to update their country settings without any issues by following these steps: https://support.spotify.com/article/country-region-settings/

 

Don’t worry—canceling your plan won’t affect the content saved in your library. Your playlists, liked songs, and other saved content will stay exactly as they are. And since each account on a Premium Family plan works independently, changes to your account won’t impact anyone else.
