My Question or Issue

Why do I keep getting an ad/popup asking if I'm sharing premium, and it proceeds to recommend premium Duo or Family. I'm not sharing my account, I'm single in a household of one (me), and my cats aren't very tech savvy.

Am I getting this advert because I've been flagged as possibly violating the TOS? Or is it just an ad that everyone gets randomly? Something else?

I dunno, but if I'm flagged and on some sort of naughty list, please let me know how to clear my name and set things right; I will happily comply.

I'm getting that pop-up myself sometimes, even though I'm not sharing my account with anyone. It's safe to ignore them 🙂
