Superuser Contribution Says that it couldn’t take my payment when i paid for premium on June 23rd

I paid for my premium account June 23rd, i got a email saying they couldn’t pay for my premium account, it took the money out of my account so i’m not sure it’s why it’s wanting me to do it again, and i can’t loose any money right now.
