Transfer premium ownership to other family member

Hi, is it possible to transfer one preium account ownership from one family member to other?

Hey @biroisti,

I’m afraid it’s not possible to switch the Premium for Family plan owner, without cancelling the plan.

You’ll need to cancel your current Premium for Family subscription at https://spotify.com/account/subscription/cancel/.

Once the accounts’ have reverted back to Free, the new ‘owner’ can subscribe at: https://spotify.com/family/, starting a new plan. They’ll then be able the invite their members, so that you can all get rocking with Premium for Family again.

I am not the owner, I am just one of the users. What we would like to do is to leave the given family package and move to another one.

Alright, you'll have to reach out to the plan owner about this. They're the only one who can remove you from the plan.
