My Question or Issue
I tried to pay by mobile for a 7 day prepaid which costs P49 but Spotify says " the credit on your prepaid card is insufficient" even though i still have P150 worth of balance left in my Globe SIM
Hi
Can you double check if really have enough credits on your phone? If you're using a prepaid sim, it should right away credits your account.
I hope that helps a little.
Same problem occurred to me and double-checked it

Hey there @ToshikiKyono,
Thanks for reaching out to us 🙂
Can you open an incognito window on your PC? Sometimes the cache can lead to different issues. Then you can click here to subscribe to Premium.
You can also try with another payment method. Here you can see all the payment methods available in your country.
Hope this helps. We'll be right here if you have any questions.
It still occurs in Incognito Window, ma'am

You can reach out to the good folks at Fortumo here.
Let us know how you get on! We'll be right here if there's anything else we can help with.
Have a lovely day 🙂
