Trying to Cancel An Account to Change the payment

My Question or Issue

I try to cancel my premium account in order to change the plan and card paying for it. I've gone to the account page multiple times and clicked manage plan, then change or cancel pops up. I click it then the cancel premium button appears, i click that and it returns me back to the overview page and says "Oops! Something went wrong, please try again"

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. Can you try this process using another browser or Incognito Mode? It might be worth trying another device.

Sorry for the late response i just got caught up on work and school.

I tried again just now and got everything to change 

i don't know what was different this time but it just worked
