My Question or Issue

 Hi I have a free account set up with my facebook and I want to get the student discount but I cant everytime I try to connect it doesnt work. As a result I made a new profile with my student email. But I cant link my facebook spotify account with my student account. I dont want to lose all my favorite songs and the song taste algorithym that spotify has set up for me. I really want to delete my second account and have premium for my first one what can I do.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to transfer the student discount from one account to another, right now. However, you can learn how to transfer all your playlists to your new account here.

if I cancelled my student membrship with my new account can i still get it with my old account if i use facebook to make the spotify account.

Unfortunately, you can only use the student discount once every 12 months, even if you can cel your subscription.

In this case I'd recommend reaching out to Spotify. They might be able to transfer all your data from one account to another.
