Trying to change my payment method

I have gone through and followed the change payment method instructions, I tried to contact SpotifyCares but have not heard back yet. Whenever I click update on the payment method it loads the page for a second then refreshes and nothing is changed. I can't update my payment method? Anyone have a solution.
