Trying to renew subscription

Hello, I'm trying to renew my Spotify subscription. I have a prepaid Visa gift card, I've always used them for my Spotify and it keeps saying payment cannot be processed although there is money on the card. Anybody have any idea to how to fix the issue?

Visa has turned off the feature to use prepaid cards for recurring payments. I.e spotify subscriptions.
