Trying to subscribe to premium but get “page got tripped up”

My Question or Issue

Hi I’m trying to subscribe to a premium plan again, but keep getting directed to an error page when trying to get to the account section it says “This page got tripped up. There was an error and we couldn't load the page.”  I’m using the au premium link.

and I’ve tried on iOS and chrome via a windows pc. I can login to my account but I can’t get to the subscribe page.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. Just to be sure, you should be able to purchase Premium from this link. If it doesn't work, can you try this process using another browser or Incognito Mode? It might also be worth trying a different internet connection.
