yesterday I signed up for Spotify premium, it was a free trial subscription for 3 months, nowhere was it written that they would withdraw money from me now. but also yesterday money was withdrawn from my account. how should I understand this? After all, it was written that the next payment would be on November 19!

Hey @Danylo,
Thanks for reaching out.
Did you select Google Play as the payment method? If so, then you've likely got the 3 months for the price of 1 month offer.
The availability of offers can vary between payment methods as well as countries/regions, so it's always recommended to pay attention on the checkout page.
Lastly, the offers that contain 1-3 months of Premium for free are mostly only for users who haven't had Premium before and each payment method can only be used once to claim such an intro offer. In such cases, users will see an error message pop-up and won't get charged.
I hope this clears things up 🙂

Adjunto pruebas.
Yes Spotify free trial charges a small fee to your account to see the validity of your payment method. It then returns back the money after some time
hi i am being charged R10 even if the offer states R0.00 for 3 months and R64.99 thereafter? I have tried to look everywhere why this is being charged but cant find it anywhere
Got an offer premium for 3 months for 0 cost and i was still charged.
If this is a verification it should be $1 or less not a full amount.
I better get that refunded because im not going to continue if this is how its handled.
Also no, i never had a premium account before.
Entrei no Spotify, subscrevi a vossa promoção de 3 meses grátis e cobraram me o valor de 7,99€. Gostaria de saber porquê...

When I first purchased premium, I was told that I would not pay any fees for 3 months, but as soon as I purchased premium, they withdrew money from my account.
