Turkey: Card payment method is not working

Hello,

I have been trying to renew my premium membership for three days now, as a year membership, and everytime I try, the webpage shows an error stating that the card or the bank is having a bad day, and that I should try different method, but there is not a different method for Turkey. I tried three different cards issued by three different banks, all issued inside Turkey where I live and my spotify account is linked to. Could anyone please help with this?

Let's make sure the cards you're using meet all the requirements on the attached picture. You may need to contact the issuing bank to make sure the cards are able to process a Spotify purchase.

Same problem here in Brazil. I've already checked with my bank agency, and everything is ok with the card. I've tried to use the "Boleto" , another paying metod, and it also doesn't work.

Sorry to hear you're having the same issue with multiple payment details.

In this case, since you already contacted your bank, we suggest reaching out to our Support team.

You can give them a shout via Twitter or Facebook in English, or Twitter and Facebook in Portuguese.
