Two Premiums on Same Account

So I bought a 3 month Premium Membership a long time ago but I’m thinking of getting another one now. The thing is, I kinda want to add it on the same account I used for the first premium subscription. Is it possible for me to add 2 Membership purchases on one account? Or would I have to create another account and add my second Membership there instead?

Are you using prepaid gift cards ? If so, there is no problem to use more than one on your account, no need to create another. They will just extend your premium subscription.
