My Question or Issue

Hi. I noticed that I'm being charged on my debit card and my credit card for premium accounts. How can I stop the charge on my debit card?

Hey @lane_boy2, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

 

It seems like you may have two accounts. Could you try checking this guide to try and find your account?

 

Once you do find your account - check to see which one is linked to the debit card and cancel that subscription.
