My Question or Issue

Hi,
I have a premium individual account, paying 10.99 euro per month. But every month there's also a 17.99 euro payment taken from my bank account. Can somebody tell me why this is happening and how I stop and refund the 17.99 euro? There is nothing related to this 17.99 euro in my account or settings.

Welcome to the Spotify Community, and thanks for reaching out to us here!

According to this price you said (17.99), beyond your Spotify Premium Individual plan, you're also being charged for a Premium Family plan. Considering you also said this is not related to this account, you probably have another Spotify account with an active subscription or someone else is using your payment method to pay for their subscription. If this first situation is the case, you can check if you have other Spotify accounts associated with other email addresses, phone numbers, or social accounts like Apple Account or Facebook, for example.

You can also reach out to family members or friends who may used your bank account/credit card as a payment method on their Spotify accounts.

 

Once you find this other account, you can cancel the plan, by following the steps brought on this official support article.
