I hope you don't mind I'm answering you in English, because I'm here to help! 🙂

First of all, could you take a look at your account order history page, just to make sure if the payment is being processed through your account or not.

If the charge you mentioned was processed through this account, you must have a receipt on this order history. If it's not the case, maybe there is another Spotify account with an active subscription using your credit card as a payment method. In this case, the best approach is trying to find this other account on other email addresses, phone numbers or social account e.g Apple Account or Facebook. It is also worth double-checking if any friends or family members might be using it.

 

Once you find this other account, you can cancel the plan, by following the steps brought on this official support article.
