My Question

Hi, I had a family subscription, but had a problem with the card I use for the subscriptions payment (it may take two or three weeks to get it solved). Can I use another kind of payment, until I solve my card problem?

Hey @SmokyTruck, I'm here to help you!

No worries! You're able to change your payment method following these steps: 

  1. Log in to your account page
  2. Select Subscription in the menu on the left. 
  3. Under Payment method, click UPDATE.
  4. Choose your payment method at the top and fill in the details. 
  5. Click CHANGE PAYMENT DETAILS to confirm.

You should then be done! Your changes take effect on your next billing date.

Thank you! The only credit card I have is the one it's blocked. I can use a pre-paid card to pay for my family subscription?

Yes, you can use your pre-paid card to pay for your Premium for Family plan. Spotify accepts Pre-paid cards from MasterCard, Discover, Visa, and American Express.
