Uh prepaid visa vanilla gift card aint workin

tried to buy premium with a brand new 25 visa vanilla gift card and it wouldn’t work at all, even made sure the card was activated.

Can you please make sure that your card is...:

• Registered in the same country to your Spotify account.
• Not expired or canceled.
• Enabled for foreign, secure online, and recurring purchases. Look for these settings in your bank’s mobile app.

In addition to that, you can also give it a try on another device and/or in another browser.
