My wife is on my duo plan and is being asked to pay for one year bible when she used to get it and I get it.

In that case, she's most likely logged into the wrong account. She can check out this FAQ article on locating accounts.

Hello. I have an existing family plan with still space for one more family member to be added. An elderly member of the family has accepted the invite link sent to her email. She has signed up for a new Spotify account using her outlook email credentials. The system is "forcing" her to have to subscribe to a new family plan. Please help.
